Bernard Ablola is the founder of Think Strategy, a growth agency that helps brands scale using AI and storytelling.
He’s the creator of Presence is Strategy —a framework that helps you find your voice, be memorable, and share it at scale.
Earlier in his career, Bernard worked at Microsoft during the Gates–Ballmer era, where he led a team managing ad campaigns for global brands.
Most recently, he served as Director of Marketing at both eXp Realty and eXp Commercial, helping grow the brand to 90,000 agents worldwide and expanding their presence nationally and internationally.
He helps founders and thought leaders grow their audience, build authority, and create systems that scale.
